When she isn't serving her clients, you can find Alicia working at the ranch she and her husband, Levi, own or co-piloting their 1969 Piper Arrow plane to one of Texas Monthly's Top 50 BBQ Joints. Together, they own and operate a show cattle operation, along with a few horses, lots of barn cats, and a pet duck.

G.K. (JEFF) MARKHAM is the principal broker for MARKHAM REALTY, INC. He has 49 years experience in real estate sales, establishing Markham Realty in 1970. His expertise is primarily in land, including acreage investments, ranches, timberlands, hunting properties and weekend retreats. He is also involved in commercial properties in and around the Huntsville area. Jeff was born in Huntsville, graduated from Deer Park High School, and attended Sam Houston State University (1966-1970) majoring in Agribusiness. He has been involved with the Walker County Fair Association since 1981, serving as a vice-president for six years and pro-rodeo chairman for the first nine years of the event. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Huntsville. Jeff feels that Huntsville, Walker County, and the surrounding area offer an exciting future.

Andy Flack has 35 years' experience as a State of Texas licensed real estate broker. Mr. Flack specializes in the land/timberland real estate business. Most clients are corporate industrial owners, TIMO's, REIT's, private equity groups, & high net-worth individuals & families. His responsibilities include market & property analysis and assisting clients with acquisition & disposition. Research, evaluation, technical support, & strategic planning are also inherent to his field & scope of services.

Mr. Flack has consulted and/or directed sales of over 1,000,000+ acres in Texas since 2000. His reputation, through his experience in the land industry, is widely acclaimed. His client/reference list is very impressive and available upon request. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University in Agribusiness with over 40 post-graduate hours in real estate economics. He holds the prestigious title as an Accredited Land Consultant through the Realtors Land Institute. Mr. Flack has also held a license as a State of Texas General Certified Appraiser.

Justin's #1 objective is Integrity! With a background in law enforcement and a Bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University, Justin has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2015.
