“My realtor was very nice, very competent, and stayed on top of most things. I would most certainly use her again. My biggest issue were other realtors showing the house and being totally irresponsible. Leaving lights on, gates open, exterior doors open, trash on counters, and setting the air conditioning to a cooler setting. Also, not being responsible for the clients they brought into the house. Had I known this was going to occur, I would have been at every showing myself. Beyond frustrating when one reset the sprinkler system and I ended up with a $500 water bill as a result of their negligence! ”
