Alice has served in the Huntsville area for over 39 years. She gets great pleasure out of working with first time & experience buyers in the process of purchasing or selling of their homes. She also specializes in property management. Alice has served as Charter President of the Women's Council of Realtors, past President of the Huntsville Board of Realtors & many other Texas Association of Realtors Committee's. She is active in the local community including Senior Center Director & many other projects that promote scholarships for local students.

I am a realtor for one reason. I want you to have a better experience than I had myself. Here's what I mean, I've had some bad experiences a time or two with real estate agents in the past who behaved unethically, falsifying documents, and disclosing privileged information to others, To be fair, I've also had wonderful experiences with agents who never said no through the many times my wife and I explored the possibility of owning our own home, and who went the xtra mile, finding us property before it even made it to market. So, when I found myself ready to retire from teaching, I took the plunge and went to school to become a real estate agent myself. Since then, I've been told time and again by clients and other agents, as well, that they appreciate my open and honest approach to real estate. Let me give you a little background. I was shaped as a child by divorce, a cross-country relocation, frequent moves, economic instability, and a difficult home life. I took a lot of that into my marriage, and ended up moving from job to job and rental home to rental home for an entire decade. Eventually maturity caught up with me (or I with it) and I settled down to become a pastor and a public school teacher. Now I am retired from both, but I continue to educate and serve; only now real estate is my subject and my clients are my flock. I commit to serve you and your family wholeheartedly until you find the home you're looking for, or sell the one you've got. I currently work for Heart of Texas Real Estate and Management Company, an independent, full-service real estate brokerage located in Huntsville, Texas. I cannot tell you how excited I am to be working at an local office with a 35 year history. This is a great opportunity for me to grow into many other facets of real estate, including farm and ranch, commercial and property management. I attended Mississippi State University where I majored in Political Science. I graduated in August of 2014, and for two years worked in the energy field as a professional land man. I love to read and write, as well as watch sports, play golf and scuba dive in my spare time.

Justin's #1 objective is Integrity! With a background in law enforcement and a Bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University, Justin has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2015. He has sold nearly 28 Million volume in sales to date!! This was accomplished through his incredible work ethic, experience, and overall dedication to his clients. Locations of sales range from as far north as Dallas and as far south as League City. He is literally willing to go the extra mile for his clients!

Katie was born, raised, and currently lives in Groveton, TX. She graduated from Groveton High School in 2018 and was very involved in the FFA. Growing up, Katie showed goats and steers in the Trinity County Fair and the Texas State Fair. After high school Katie attended Stephen F. Austin State University and soon after left to pursue a career in the real estate industry. This began by working as the Office Administrator for Emblem Properties. Katie has learned all aspects of the real estate business first-hand by assisting the broker and all the agents. She worked in this position for over two years and is now an official REALTOR® with Emblem Properties. I am so happy to be a part of such a caring and welcoming team at Emblem Properties. Coming from a small town and having a very family-oriented lifestyle, Katie is forever thankful to have found such an amazing group of people, who feel like family, to work with and to learn from. My introduction into real estate came about through a love of working with people and because of my organizational skills and efficiency. I managed a local real estate office for over a year and from the encouragement of brokers and agents decided to go in to full time real estate sales.
